It is important to maintain your equipment annually to ensure years of use. Here are a few steps you can take to maintain your equipment. Check the oil and air filters. The air filters should be cleaned or replaced on a regular basis. Before removing the filter to replace, make sure that you know whether it is paper or foam. Change the oil twice a year or more based on usage, the oil in your machine lubricates the engine it is very important that it is clean. Be sure you read the operating instructions on the type and amount of oil your machine uses. For your convenience we have created a few of the common maintaince programs, please select on the one that best suites your needs you can print and bring with your equipment for repair.

Service Estimate Policy
 
Hand and power tools:
There is a $25.00 per tool estimate charge for all hand and power tools. If you choose to have the tool repaired, we will apply the $25.00 to the cost of the repair. If you decide to purchase a new tool, we will wave the $25.00 estimate charge. 

Please note: 
The purchase of the new tool must be made the same day the tool is picked up, and needs to be similar to the tool that was brought in for repair and of equal or greater value. 

Gas powered equipment and machinery:
There is a 1-hour minimum charge ($75.00) on all gas-powered equipment and machinery that will also be applied to the cost of the repair if you choose to have it repaired. If you decide to purchase a new gas-powered piece of machinery we will waive the $75.00 estimate charge. 

Please note: 
The purchase of the new machine must be made the same day the machine is picked up, and needs to be similar to the machine that was brought in for repair and of equal or greater value.

Pick up is required within 7 days of notification of the completed work to avoid storage fee of $3/day.
